HOW DOES IT WORK
As part of human intervention studies, LeanBiome has demonstrated statistically significant results on body composition, showcasing reductions in:
- Waist and hip circumference
- Body fat percentage and fat mass
- Body weight and BMI
In addition to physical parameters, when consumed over a 4-week period, LeanBiome was shown to demonstrate significant improvements in gut microbiome diversity. Specifically, for:
- Bifidobacterium, a well-established group of bacteria found in the gut microbiome, known for several health beneficial effects
- Christensenellaceae, a specific group of microbes, that growing evidence is linked to lean body mass1
